Hold the jar 3~4" away from the nose, and deeply inhale for 4 seconds, and then slowly exhale for 6 seconds. Repeat up to 3 times if necessary.
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Lasts about 3 months depending on the frequency of use. Close the lid tightly after use. Keep away from the reach of children. Not recommended for those pregnant or breast-feeding.

Notes from the aromatherapist
Being creative is a gift, but a person can sometimes feel “stuck” when coming up with an idea or a solution to a problem. The cause of such feelings usually results from anxiety related to pressure, insecurity, and lack of motivation. To combat such feelings, this inhaler has a blend of wonderful essential oils that are all stimulating yet soothing. It can help declutter your mind, release fear of others’ opinions, and boost focus that’s needed to tackle the project.
This inhaler is vibrant and refreshing. I use it a lot when on long virtual meetings with computer strain. It has hints of Lemon mint lozenges
Great little gift for co-workers to place on their desks and encourage wellness during the workday.
I first bought this Aromatherapy Inhaler at my favorite gift shop in Port Gamble, Washington. When they no longer stocked them I found your website and ordered online. I included them in gift bags for family members for Christmas and they were a huge hit! I keep the one I bought last Spring in my car and use it every day, such a treat!
I got this to help with creating and writing a project for a graduate course. It really helped. You can smell/feel the essence for many breathes afterwards.
