I use this inhaler before my 31 minute meditation every morning. I enjoy using all the different inhalers throughout the day! I have one for general stress relief, essential orange, inspire and create for focus, inspiration and positivity, and "I work out" to encourage me before I go for a walk, go to the store, clean the house or work in the community garden, really before any physical activity. I also use the "need sleep" before bed. They are great! They affect the limbic region of the brain, the area of memory and emotions.
