Dr. Laura Berssenbrugge is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Registered Yoga Teacher in private practice, who specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is the founder of TheEmotionsWheel.com, TheThoughtsWheel.com, and TheBehaviorsWheel.com, providing free CBT tools with the mission of enhancing accessibility to mental health information.
