Our stress-relieving inhalers are aromatherapy inhalers inspired by traditional Thai inhalers. The jars are filled with organic aromatic spices, inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, and blended with organic essential oils, inspired by medicinal French aromatherapy. 

Directions


Hold the jar 3~4" away from the nose, and deeply inhale for 4 seconds, and then slowly exhale for 6 seconds. Repeat up to 3 times if necessary. 

Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Lasts about 3 months depending on the frequency of use. Close the lid tightly after use. Keep away from the reach of children. Not recommended for those pregnant or breast-feeding.

I’ve personally been practicing mindfulness meditation for years now, yet it can still be difficult to turn my attention to the present moment during the practice. Helped congestion

I love the packaging and easy use of this, no sticking up your nose or oily spill, it's simple and effective. I'm sure all the benefits listed are true for some, for me this has helped with congestion. Opening up my nasal passage and relieving pressure. I keep in my purse and breathe it in often throughout the day. I will definitely be trying some of the other inhalers as well.

I use this inhaler before my 31 minute meditation every morning. I enjoy using all the different inhalers throughout the day! I have one for general stress relief, essential orange, inspire and create for focus, inspiration and positivity, and "I work out" to encourage me before I go for a walk, go to the store, clean the house or work in the community garden, really before any physical activity. I also use the "need sleep" before bed. They are great! They affect the limbic region of the brain, the area of memory and emotions.
